Consultation Policy
All consultations are conducted by phone and are by appointment only. Appointments must be confirmed with payment prior to scheduling.

A 5-minute courtesy window is provided after the scheduled start time. If the client has not answered the call or responded to the courtesy email within 5 minutes after receipt of a courtesy email, the consultation will be automatically canceled, and a $20 reschedule fee will apply.

Out-of-Shift (Out-of-Schedule) Appointments requested outside normal business hours require a $20 fee in addition to the booking price.

Emergency or Same-Day Appointments are available for a $50 expedited fee and must be requested by email at Consultations@jetoi.com.
