Car Rescission Consultation

Service Description

Car rescission happens when a creditor forces, trick or coerces a consumer into an agreement. During this consultation we'll go over what's considered auto dealer fraud. We'll look over your contract(s) and any other documents and discuss TILA violations and discuss any verbal agreements that were made during the transaction. We will then go over reporting and arbitration and/or litigation. Please note that all cases are different for each consumer and bring different results in consumer law.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $20 FEE for ANY SAME-DAY CANCELATIONS OR RESCHEDULES. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at Customersupport@jetoi.org. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF CANCELED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Thank you for understanding.
